Celebrate Mother’s Day with an indulgent brunch full of delicious specialties. Look forward to Fin de Clair oysters on crushed ice and fresh Waterfront fish dishes that reflect the full variety of spring flavors.
Experience live cooking with a shrimp wok featuring Asian vegetables, red curry, and coconut milk, freshly and aromatically prepared. At the carving station, enjoy rosé-roasted Alpine beef rib-eye with green pepper cream sauce – tender and juicy.
The perfect finale awaits with a fine selection of cheeses, followed by our sweet highlight – an irresistible chocolate fountain with fresh fruit.

Enjoy our diverse brunch buffet with the best from the land, the river and the sea.
Highlights include lobster cream soup, Styrian Vulcano ham, surf and turf from the live cooking station, Fin de Clair oysters and a Zotter chocolate fountain.
The seasonally varying dishes are of course accompanied by a breathtaking view of the Danube river.
